I have made these several times. It is a Weight Watcher's recipe that we really like, including Will and he is very picky about his desserts. They are 3 points each.
2/3 c extra crunchy peanut butter
1--(14 ounce) can fat free sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp vanilla
1 c semi sweet chocolate chips
Line a 8 inch pyrex dish with foil. Place peanut butter and 2/3 c condensed milk in a bowl. Microwave on high 2 1/2 minutes. Stir then microwave 30 seconds. Add 1 tsp vanilla. Spread mixture in the bottom of pyrex dish. Place remaining condensed milk and chocolate chips into a bowl and microwave on high for 1 1/2 minutes. Stir until smooth. Pour over peanut butter mixture. Chill until firm. Cut into 20 pieces. Store in airtight container in refrigerator.
