Spice Muffins
Use one box of spice cake mix (dry) mixed with one small can of pumpkin. Mix together and spoon in paper lined muffin tins that have been sprayed with cooking spray. Cook at 350 degrees until done. Makes 12 regulare size muffins. If you are on weight watchers the count on these are one point each.
