- Learn to say "no" because I cannot do everything for everyone.
- Take time for myself.
- Get the rest I need in order to be healthy
- Learn to reduce the things that c a use stress in my life.
- Make a conscious effort to be healthier.
- Spend more time each day studying the Word and seeking God's guidance in every area of my life.
- Spend more time in prayer daily.
- Be an encourager to others even though this is not something that comes natural for me.
- Watch my words carefully. I can be very blunt and to the point which some perceive as being harsh.
