Fruit Smoothie

Annacarmie and I tried this Weight Watcher's recipe yesterday morning for breakfast and I loved it. It is cool an refreshing also making it good as an afternoon snack on a hot afternoon like we have here in Mississippi and the entire recipe is only 2 points. It makes a large amount. We split one recipe and it was plenty for both of us.

6 ounces plain fat free yogurt
1 cut fruit
1/2 tsp splenda

Combine all ingredients in a blender and puree

***I used frozen fruit for a cool refreshing treat and omitted the splenda because I do not like the taste of splenda. I did not feel like it needed any more sweetness. I think any combination of fruit would be good; however, I used a mix of frozen strawberries, raspberries, and blackberries.
