The last few days have been busy designing layouts for classes and painting for Annacarmie. She can paint the base coat and that leaves me to paint all the details. There are so many things I would like to do for Makenna but I am afraid I will run out of time before she makes her arrival in Auguast. Today has been a really enjoyable day. Sometimes it is nice to have a day to do only what I want to do with no interrruptions. Today was one of those days.

Here is another recipe to try. I made this for a group of freinds a few weeks ago and they loved it. Give it a try and see what you think.

Pork Loin and Raspberry Sauce--
Marinade the pork loin in dale's over night. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or cook on grill over medium heat.

Serve with raspberry sauce.

Raspberry Sauce
1 jar sugar free raspberry perserves
2 T vinegar
2 T orange Juice
about 1 T honey

Heat slowly until warm then drizzle over sliced tenderlion just before serving.

I serve this with a salad or green beans and bread for a delicious meal.
