After waking up this morning we got ready for church even though Annacarmie did not feel well. I attributed that to being in the last 6 weeks of pregnancy; however, as the day progressed she continued to feel worse. I called Jenny to check her blood pressure which was higher than it had been up to this time. That along with the swelling and aching all over was a source of great concern. Jenny and I discussed the situation and decided she needed to be checked. Upon arrival at the hospital her blood pressure was 150/105 much too high. For that reason they admitted her and began monitoring her vital signs as well as those of the baby. Her blood pressure did stabilize after she was lying flat for some time. At this time there seems to be nothing that is of great concern to the doctor. He released her with no restrictions at present.
According to Mamma, there was a concern about her developing toxemia. Thankfully at the present that is not the case. What a blessing there was no protein in her urine.
Dr. Johnson is out of town. I sure do hope he returns quickly in case there are more concerns.
She has four more days of class with her final on Friday. She will feel much better and so will I if she can finish this class and have that one under her belt. Then she will be able to move on and register for the fall classes she plans on taking.
We are praying for Makenna arrival to work out so she can take fall classes.
In the middle of all this, I was suppose to show a house to someone for them to rent. I had to call Neil to show the house. He loved showing the house and now he wants to be my assistant.
