God Is Good All The Time

God is good all the time, all the time God is good. Once again today I was reminded of that. Some of the details I cannot share at this time. They will be coming a little later.

Annacarmie has been working for a temporary service for the last 7 months with the hopes of going full time permanent but this week those hopes were shattered as the job was posted within the agency and someone within the agency bid on the job. Very concerned about not having a job, she began to submit applications once again just hoping and praying it would not take as long to find a job this time as it did before. God had plans for her. He used two different friends who offered to help her any way they can to find a job. One of them had been contacted about a job herself but was not interested so she talked to the person in charge of hiring for Annacarmie thus allowing her to submit her resume. The other friend works at the hospital and knew of an opening in her department. Now you have to understand, Annacarmie has been trying for at least 4 years to even get an interview at the hospital with no luck. Once again she put her application in at the hospital and the very next day they called her in for an interview. After leaving the interview she had to take 8 tests and submit before they could continue the interview process. Many things sound good about either of these jobs and each would allow her to continue with her school. No, it is not a sure thing that she has either of these jobs but I know God has just the job for her in His time not mine or Annacarmie's time.

After all of this, another option has arisen and we are now waiting to see which door God opens. As soon as He opens His door we will be praising Him for His provisions. We are also praying for wisdom to know His plan and His direction not what Annacarmie wants. I am once again amazed that sometimes God has to bring us to a point of total submission before He can open a door. That is where Annacarmie is right now just waiting His best for her, His plan. That has been a long time in coming but God knew that from the beginning and He is patiently molding and making her into His faithful servant, one that is totally submissive to Him. I see much growth and maturity, both spiritual and emotional, in the last few weeks and months as Annacarmie has been walking through this very stressful time. Thank you Lord that you have given us your promises. One of those being you are always there never to leave or forsake us.
