You know you are a Southern Belle

You know you are a Southern Belle when you refer to yourself as precious girl and you tell everyone you meet "Bless your heart."  Growing up in the South every little girl learns very quickly the words "Bless your heart," which she knows makes everything better.  My sweet baby, at almost three, has definitely learned that lesson as she tells everyone especially if someone  having a bad day or one who has been hurt , "bless your heart."  It is my prayer for Makenna Kate that she never loses that caring compassion for others.
In just the last few days when anyone leaves the house or at Makenna's bedtime she will give hugs and kisses them she directs everyone to tell Precious Girl good night or good bye.  The girl certainly knows she is one special little girl and my how she uses that to her advantage many times.
