It has been a while since I last posted. Life has been busy as I have been designing new scrapbook layouts and helping Annacarmie get the room ready for Makenna's arrival in August.
The entire month of July, Annacarmie will be taking a class at Ole Miss; therefore, what we do not get done before July 7 th may not get done. I am just wondering how the Sociology class will go as she has not been on a regular schedule for about 2 months now.
We have had more excitement as another large portion of a tree in our back yard fell. It was the same tree that broke a few weeks ago and hit the house. There was no crash this time and thank goodness it fell into what used to be a drive. No damage just more clean up for Will. He only finished cleanup up of the last limbs a few hours before. He thought I was kidding when I told him to get his chain saw out again. I guess it is time for the entire tree to come down as bad a I hate to see a tree that is 100- 150 years have to be cut down. I am now to the point I think that would be better that my house taking a direct hit. So, as if I had nothing to occupy my time I now have another project to take care of.
I have been trying since February to get my yard leveled and sod put out. Finally everything is dry enough, now the problem will be getting Kimbrough over here to do the work, I will have all this done before Makenna gets here one way or another. I can concentrate on this now that I have all the bedding and window treatments made with the exception of one in my bedroom and that one is cut out. All I need to do is stitch it up.This move and the process associated with it has by far been the most difficult of all moves we have ever made. I wonder if I will forget the misery of the move and be ready to move again in a few years. My children say yes and they are adamant they will not help. They do not like moving. I really like my house and where it is but I lived with a trader too many years and if someone wants to give me a profit I guess I would move again. Money has a way of making us forget the difficulties of moving.

I am going to post a recipe I have made many times before. It is a Weight Watcher's dessert that my family really likes.

Chewy Chocolate Peanut Butter Bars
2/3 c extra chunky peanut butter
1 (14 ounce) can fat free sweetened condensed milk, divided
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 c semisweet chocolate chips

Line an 8 inch pan with foil. Place peanut butter and 2/3 c condensed milk into a medium bowl. Microwave on High 2 1/2 minutes. Stir microwave another 30 seconds. Stir in vanilla. Spread in bottom of foil lined pan. Place remaining condensed milk into a bowl with chocolate chips. Microwave on high 1 1/2 minutes. Stir in vanilla. Stir until smooth. Pour chocolate mixture over peanut butter. Chill until firm. Cut into 20 pieces. Store in air tight container in refrigerator. Each serving is 3 points.

Girls,
I will post some of the other recipes from the meal Tuesday night later on the blog.
