The traditions I shared with my children as they were growing up were always a important part of their lives and I want to share those traditions with the grandchildren as well. I believe these traditions give them a sense of belonging to their family and creates memories that they can share the rest of their lives. Many times we laugh about things that have happened, those things no one else would find funny; however, we all laugh until we cannot laugh any more. That is the reason I want to continue those traditions. One of those was the dying of Easter eggs every year.
Being Makenna's first Easter we started that tradition with her this year. She may not remember it this year but there will definitely be pictures to help her remember.
